This is a collection of images from a few outings to gather photographs, that for one reason or another didn’t work.
For this image I wanted to get a nice depth of field effect, blurring the spoons in the background, while I was happy with how it turned out, I felt as though the subject was ultimately pretty boring.
I tried a few times to get a nice shot of this mural by rocket01, but I wasn’t happy with how the composition turned out, going back I would probably try to get more foreground in the shot.
I really liked this image, and originally intended it to be part of my home brief, but I didn’t feel as though it flowed well with the other images in the set.
Here I was trying to get a contrast between the newly built park and the quite dirty unkempt river, going back I would have tried to get a 50/50 split between the park and river, possibly moving further away to get more of it in the frame.
Another kid acne piece. I felt as though I had used enough of his work already.
I really like this photo, but I felt as though I could have worked on the composition a lot more, but my friend didn’t want to sit in the dirty chair for too long.
